No, the use of silly string on our inflatables is strictly prohibited. Silly string can cause significant damage to the material of the unit. If silly string is used and causes damage, it will result in the requirement for a complete replacement of the inflatable unit. We kindly ask all our customers to avoid using this product to ensure the longevity and safety of our inflatables.

What types of inflatables do you offer for rent?

All of our inflatables are made from Commercial Grade Vinyl, ensuring top-notch safety and durability. Each one is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.
We offer Water Slides, Bounce Houses and a Combo Unit.

How long can I rent an inflatable for?

We offer bounce house and water slide rentals for up to three days at the same price! This allows you to enjoy your inflatable before, during, and after your event with family and friends—without the stress of a same-day pickup. If you only need it for one day, we can do that too!

What is your cancellation policy?

We recognize that unexpected events can occur, prompting a need to cancel or postpone your party. Should you face situations like an urgent business trip or a sick child, please contact us immediately to cancel or postpone. Your deposit will be safely retained as a credit on your account, which you can use for any inflatable rental with us within 180 days of your original party date. To reschedule your event, please make sure to contact our office. Our policy is designed to be flexible and understanding, accommodating your needs in unforeseen circumstances.

What do I need to do for electricity?

For optimal operation, your inflatable will need access to a standard GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. We provide the necessary heavy-duty extension cords, so you don’t have to worry about that!

If an outlet isn’t available nearby, a generator may be required. We can guide you on the best power options and offer generator rentals if needed. To ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience, please use a dedicated power source for the inflatable.

What do I need for water supply?

For water slides and combo units, you'll need a standard garden hose with a connection within 50 feet of the setup area. If you don’t have a hose or if it's not long enough, we offer hoses for rent to ensure a convenient and seamless experience. Make sure the water source is reliable for the entire duration of your event. For more details about hose rental or any specific requirements, please feel free to contact us.

Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?

Yes, our team at Inflatable King thoroughly cleans and sanitizes every unit before and after each use to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene. We ask that you refrain from using any cleaning chemicals on the inflatables; a simple rinse with water is enough. Please leave the deep cleaning to us. The use of cleaning chemicals can damage the inflatable and may result in additional fees or, in severe cases, the need to replace the entire unit. If units are returned excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of $30.00 will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of our inflatables.
